MLB Team Pulse: where every team is heading
First the trajectory of the last five seasons (2022 to 2026): is the team rising or falling? Then 2026 against the season before. The 2026 rating, separately, says how good it was (0 to 100). Each dimension — results, offense, pitching, power, speed — is compared with the league of the same season.

How it's calculatedHide the method
For each season, MLB team stats and standings become indexes against the league (100 = average): results (win %, 30%), offense (runs per game and OPS, 25%), pitching (ERA, WHIP, K − BB, 30%), power (home runs, 10%), speed (stolen bases, 5%). The 5-year pulse is the slope of the overall index over five seasons (5 points per season = +40); the season pulse, the gap with the season before; roster, regulars' trend weighted by playing time.
